Do you do custom work?
I absolutely love to do custom work. It brings me great joy however I do not do bulk custom work. I will make up to 10 of something but after 10 that's where I call it quits. I don't charge extra for custom but I do ask that you pay for the item(s) before I start the work.
Do you take wholesale orders?
No. But if you have a large order in mind I will cut you a deal. ;)
How long have you been making beads?
Since October of 2006 as a full-time bead artisan.
Are your beads annealed, cleaned and checked?
Absolutely. All of the above- scrupulously.
What size of mandrels do you use?
About 99% of my beads are made on a 3/32 mandrel and MOST of the spacers or smaller non-focal beads are made on a 1/16 mandrel. I do have a few 3 mm and larger mandrels but I will always specify if they are bigger than 2mm in my descriptions. If you are ever unsure please just get in touch with me.

What is your return/exchange/refund policy?
Custom jewelry and beads are not returnable in most cases. We will work together in the beginning very closely to insure you are getting exactly what you want. I always photograph each custom piece and email for your approval before it is shipped.
If your item has a flaw, breaks or a bead cracks I will remake it or exchange it for another piece. If all of the above fails to satisfy the issue I will then issue a refund.
Do you make all of the beads on your site?
Absolutely. Each piece is handmade by me in my studio.
Personal Checks?
I do take personal checks but please allow at least 10 business days to clear.

USPS First-Class, insured. International shoppers are sent first-class uninsured. Please email me about insurance rates if you are an international shopper.

Do you charge a handling fee?
No.
How do I pay if I do not have a PayPal account?
You don't need a paypal account to use the paypal checkout feature but if you prefer not to pay that way you can always send a check or money order. If you do decide that you would like to pay by credit card, PayPal enables me to take just about anything. (Please email me for my address if you would like to mail me a check or money order.) As well, allow 10 business days for your personal check to clear.
